March 7th 2010
The
violinist, Rebecca Willie, is a member of the Eclectic Players
who
will
present a concert on March 15, 7:30 pm in our sanctuary. “Trout” and
other works for piano will be presented featuring Dr. Emily Yap
Chua. Donations will benefit Holy Trinity School, Port au Prince,
Haiti.
The Austin Peay State University Chamber
Choir under the direction of Korre Foster will present a concert today at
2:00 pm in our sanctuary.
There will not be a brown bag
supper or study this Wednesday.
The David Campbell
print of the Old York Mill is available for purchase in the One World Market
(or in the office during the week) with 20% of the proceeds going towards
mission.
Youth and Young at
Heart: Decorate Easter cards for shut-ins on Sunday, March 14 after lunch
in Fellowship Hall. Questions? Contact Diane Glasgow 260-9350.
Sign up sheets for
Holy Week are on the table in the south hall. We need salads & desserts on
Friday as well as hosts & hostesses every day during the week.
Daylight Saving Time
begins on Sunday. Remember to set you clocks ahead one hour before retiring.
