Adopt-a-Road Clean Up 

The First Presbyterian Church of Cookeville added another component to it's Mission Committee by forming a group called the Clean Earth Project. The project's first initiative is participating in the Tennessee Adopt-a-Road program and have adopted part of Dixie Avenue in Cookeville performing ongoing clean-up along the roadside north of the Church and back south past the Church towards the city's playground, along with parking lots adjacent to the area.
