Our mission is to nourish both body and spirit by providing wholesome meals to those facing food insecurity while fostering genuine connection and belonging. We believe every person deserves to be seen, heard, and valued. Through shared tables, listening hearts, and joyful fellowship, we strive to build a community where no one feels invisible and everyone has a place.

Inclement Weather Shelter

Items needed:

  • 1-4 Person Tents

  • Women's sports bras, all sizes, used or new

  • Tub of hot chocolate mix

  • twin bed mattress covers

  • pillows: used are fine!

  • pillow cases

  • Mr. Clean spray bottles 

 

Drop off any non-food items at the shelter on Fridays 9 am - 1 pm
or at our church anytime, and we will take them there on Fridays.
Be sure to label the bag "For the Shelter."  Thank you!

 

You may also donate funds to the much needed outdoor bathroom expansion, to the address below.

Volunteers Needed:

1. Warming Shelter: 4 pm to 8 pm. You can stay 2 or 3 hours if you prefer or overnight. They also need breakfast casseroles, fresh or frozen, and donations for more bunk beds.

2. Recovery Kitchen: Meal delivery drivers are needed on a Saturday or Sunday to deliver, especially to the unhoused in motels. Donors and donations are also needed for 140 meals for fourth Sundays and fifth Sundays.

  • Pull tab cans of soup or chili

  • Small cereal boxes

  • Granola bars

  • Ramen

  • Baby wipes

  • Deodorant

  • Comb/brush

  • Razors

  • Non-perishable food

  • Men's XL through 4 XL warm clothing: long-sleeved T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, coats, boxer briefs
